Anyone that knows us, knows we love a good Mojito, or a MOJOTO as we call it when we're a few drinks in. This Strawberry Mojito is one of our favorite drinks in the warmer months. Mojitos are so straightforward and as is, but we thought we would change it up and add in a beautiful and fresh strawberry purée to make it even better. If you’re living that non-alcoholic life, omit the rum or use your favorite non-alcoholic variety, there are so many options on the market these days!
What stands out
This Strawberry Mojito is summer nights in a glass. It’s so bright and refreshing with the freshly made strawberry purée. This is the best drink for your next outdoor barbecue. We would make a big batch ahead of time so it’s ready to go. Leave out the rum so your guests can add it in themselves or omit if they wish. This is deliciously sweet, and perfectly pourable with a nice addition of lemon (or lime juice). The sparkling water makes it bubbly and bright, the thirst-quencher on a hot night. Cheers!
